Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Choose your departure and passenger count, then pay through Montonio. Your booking is confirmed after payment and seat availability have been checked. Unpaid seats are held for 15 minutes. Same-day online sales close at 08:00 Estonian time.
Private day trip
A private day trip costs €2,800 for up to 35 people. It is available only when no tickets have been sold and no seats are held on either direction of that trip. The same change and refund conditions apply to private trips.
Passenger details
All passengers' first names, last names and dates of birth must be entered through your personal management link by departure. You can enter details in stages. The management link and QR ticket are personal.
Cancellation
More than 14 days before departure, we refund 100% of the refundable amount. Between 14 and 7 days before departure, we refund 75%. Bookings cannot be cancelled less than 7 days before departure. If needed, find a replacement passenger and update their details before departure. Deadlines are calculated from the departure time in Estonian time.
Changing dates
Subject to availability, you can change your date free of charge until 7 days before departure. You must pay the difference for a more expensive trip; the difference for a cheaper trip is not refunded. Any previously applicable 25% cancellation fee remains after changing dates. A retained fare difference is excluded from any later refund.
Refunds
You can cancel or change your date on your personal booking page. For assistance, contact info@piirissaar.ee. We process refunds manually, using the original payment method or a bank transfer agreed with you, without delay and within 14 days at the latest. If payment arrives after the seat hold expires and seats are no longer available, we refund that payment in full.
Cancellation by the organiser
If the organiser cannot operate the trip, for example due to dangerous weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount paid for that trip within 14 days. The customer cancellation fee does not apply in this case.
Services by enquiry
An enquiry for a school trip, group service or catering does not confirm a booking. The date, programme, extras and final price are confirmed in a separate offer.
Dispute resolution
For questions or complaints, contact info@piirissaar.ee. If no agreement is reached, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. Dispute resolution at the Committee is free of charge.
